Lead and grow Audubon’s major and principal giving program: manage a high-value donor portfolio ($2M–$5M annually), close six- and seven-figure gifts, supervise and coach frontline fundraisers, engage board and executive leadership, and develop multi-year fundraising initiatives aligned with the strategic plan.

Lead and grow Audubon’s Salton Sea program through science-based habitat restoration, advocacy, community engagement, staff supervision, fundraising/grant management, and coordination with partners and policy teams. Oversee project design, bird monitoring, outreach, and represent the program to stakeholders and public officials.
