Lead support, optimization, integration, and project management for Workday and UKG HR/payroll platforms in a healthcare setting. Drive Workday enhancements including automation/AI, coordinate with vendors and IT teams, mentor junior staff, manage upgrades, incidents, change control, and PMO documentation to improve workflows, analytics, and employee experience.

Provide clerical and administrative support to leadership including correspondence, calendar and meeting coordination, phone reception, records and confidential personnel file maintenance, preparation of reports and evaluation packets, processing requisitions and reimbursements, ordering supplies, and other office duties to ensure timely departmental operations.

Provides administrative HR support including onboarding and pre-employment processing, benefits enrollment assistance, HRIS data entry and maintenance, personnel file management, terminations processing, front-desk/phone coverage, LOA support, compliance tasks, and general HR inquiries escalation.

Serve as HR business partner providing employee relations, coaching, performance management, compensation guidance, workforce planning, compliance (Joint Commission/Title 22), leave/accommodation administration, onboarding/offboarding oversight, and supervision of HR support staff to meet business objectives.

Prepare and analyze month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements in accordance with GAAP for a not-for-profit healthcare organization. Support audits, regulatory and tax filings, document policies/procedures, advise on financial operations, and assist budgeting and cross-training as needed.

The Clinic Provider Liaison maintains effective relationships between providers and the Revenue Cycle Team, assisting with onboarding, training, and billing processes, while ensuring compliance with coding and documentation standards.

Designs and implements data center and cloud architectures to ensure high availability and security. Leads technical strategy, evaluates new technologies, manages VMware, SAN, Citrix, backup and storage systems, and oversees automation, testing, documentation, and compliance. Guides and mentors junior admins, manages large IT projects, participates in on-call rotation, and coordinates with vendors and stakeholders to resolve complex systems issues.
