Hosts in-person campus tours at Macdonald Campus, welcoming prospective students, families, counselors, and alumni. Provides general information, shares student experiences, answers questions, and delivers clear oral presentations while demonstrating enthusiasm and customer service. The position requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, confidence speaking to groups, authorization to work in Canada, and willingness to work in Quebec. This is a part-time role requiring approximately five hours per week during Fall 2026.

Research Indigenous artwork, help plan curated campus spaces and a temporary exhibition, and create wall labels, tour scripts, blog posts, and related communications. The intern will also catalog artworks in CollectionSpace, meet donors, and give art tours under museum professional supervision. Strong organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and English communication skills are required; French and an Indigenous language are preferred.

Provide verbatim scribing for accommodated exams: write or type student dictation, read back responses if requested, produce diagrams/maps, ensure exam integrity, escort students as needed, and report incidents. Maintain confidentiality, neutrality, and accurate, legible records while following exam regulations and attending a paid training session.

Assists with documenting museum procedures in CollectionSpace, cataloguing nearly 3,500 artworks, conducting art surveys, and giving tours. Supports curatorial projects, installation planning, research, writing, and outreach under museum professionals’ supervision. Participates in team meetings and workshops while gaining practical experience in museum cataloguing, collection management, and gallery operations.

Develop and evaluate AI-based pipelines using clinical text, ICD codes, HPO terms, and omics/EHR data to identify undiagnosed or misdiagnosed hEDS/HSD cases. Extract and normalize phenotypes from unstructured records, compare AI candidates to clinical diagnoses, support validation studies, produce reproducible analyses, reports, figures, manuscripts, and collaborate with clinicians and international partners.
