Coordinate initiatives that connect prospective undergraduate students with recent alumni through events, mentorship, outreach, and communications. Manage alumni volunteer networks, organize recruitment and yield activities, develop storytelling and recruitment content, support social media campaigns, supervise alumni volunteers, plan travel and recruitment visits, and liaise with institutional partners to strengthen applicant engagement and conversion.

Lead technical studies and system-level infrastructure for a next-generation astroparticle physics project. Define/manage requirements, evaluate risk/cost/schedule trade-offs, oversee engineering designs, supervise assembly/testing, collect quotations, build budgets, and produce technical documentation while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
