The Legal Assistant will support personal injury cases from inception to settlement, including client file management and communication with all parties involved.

Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement, maintain organized case files, communicate with clients and stakeholders, gather medical records and evidence, assist with legal documents, coordinate medical treatment, handle property damage and lien negotiations, and work with attorneys to meet deadlines while providing compassionate client service.
