Manage dealership finance and insurance operations, ensure regulatory and information security compliance, optimize inventory and F&I profitability, track lender portfolios, review paperwork, support sales team, set department schedules, and complete required training.

Manage incoming internet leads and phone inquiries, set appointments for vehicle demonstrations, direct customers to product resources, and relay messages to sales personnel. Drive sales goals and support F&I functions while delivering excellent customer service.
