Lead configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing administration of Oracle HCM and related business systems. Act as liaison between business units and IT, evaluate user needs, design solutions, support system operations, ensure data security and integrity, and contribute to process improvement and departmental budgeting.

Provide general administrative and staff support for a department: answer phones, process mail, order supplies, draft correspondence, schedule appointments, update databases and spreadsheets, take meeting minutes, maintain files, and coordinate daily non-clinical departmental functions under supervisor direction.
