Oversee marine assurance and regulatory compliance for company and third‑party vessels. Coordinate surveys, inspections, certifications, and Flag/Classification approvals; support ISM/SOLAS/MARPOL/MLC compliance; perform vessel inspections, vetting, incident investigations, and fleet assurance reviews; maintain technical records; advise project teams on operational readiness and marine technical matters; track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end logistics for subsea/offshore projects including mobilizations, international shipments, vendor and vessel coordination, customs and regulatory compliance (ITAR/EAR/IMDG/IATA), asset tracking, documentation, and staging equipment for quayside delivery. Collaborate with project teams, manage freight forwarders and customs brokers, monitor vessel schedules and weather impacts, and identify process improvements to ensure timely, cost-effective operations.
