The HR Administrator manages employee documentation, onboarding, HR system audits, benefits eligibility, attendance records, employee inquiries, and recruitment coordination. The role maintains accurate and confidential personnel records, supports employee relations documentation, coordinates identification and onboarding activities, and ensures timely updates across HR platforms. It also assists with pre-employment checks, workforce planning meetings, and general administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle.

Develop new market opportunities, coordinate with engineering and operations, manage suppliers and distributors, and represent the company at industry events. The role requires deep experience in power generation or related equipment markets, complex project costing, and multi-million-dollar customer programs.

The Applications Engineer will develop and optimize machine programs, improve tooling selection, and collaborate to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality in sheet metal operations.
