Owns a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, serving as the primary relationship contact and driving retention, renewals, cross-selling, upselling, and revenue expansion. Develops account plans, builds executive relationships, forecasts pipeline, maintains CRM records, conducts account reviews, and coordinates with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver client value and ensure expansion deals are ready for fulfillment. This is a remote position.

Provide administrative support to the Sales Director and team: maintain calendars, place outbound calls, schedule meetings, manage CRM records (Zoho/ABLE), research prospects, track projects and association activities, and follow ETS/TGP processes to support business development.
