The Senior Producer leads the editorial and creative direction of TransLash's 'The Anti-Trans Hate Machine' podcast, overseeing all aspects of production, from research to publication, while managing a team and ensuring narrative integrity.

Lead and manage TransLash's podcast department, supervising senior producers, overseeing project intake, editorial review, scheduling, budgeting, and workflow systems. Set creative direction with executive producers, ensure factual and editorial standards, coordinate cross-functional storytelling, manage external partnerships, and deliver projects on time and on scope while coaching staff and refining production processes.

Coordinate and maintain fundraising systems and donor stewardship processes. Administer the CRM (Bloomerang), track gifts/pledges, support grant administration, generate fundraising reports, manage donor communications and stewardship workflows, and improve development operations and data quality to enable strategic fundraising.
