Supports the Finance Department with accounts payable, accounts receivable, student billing, payment processing, refunds, collections, deposits, reconciliations, purchasing, procurement, financial reporting, and record maintenance. Responds to vendor and internal inquiries, resolves discrepancies, assists with month-end and year-end close, and provides administrative support. The role requires accurate, compliant, timely financial processing and collaboration with students, departments, and vendors.

Provide accounts payable/receivable and student account support, process invoices and payments, assist with billing, reconciliations, purchasing, month/fiscal year-end close, and vendor/internal inquiries while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting Finance team operations.

Design and develop high-quality instructional materials and courses for credit and non-credit programs. Collaborate with faculty, SMEs, and partners to align learning outcomes, integrate educational technologies (Brightspace), ensure accessibility/UDL, provide faculty consultation and training, perform quality assurance and assessment, and support continuous improvement and workforce-aligned initiatives.

Responsible for delivering in-person instruction, developing course materials, supporting student engagement, and collaborating with other educators at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
