Administers a year-round high school robotics program, supporting student engagement, sponsorship and grant efforts, event logistics, parent volunteer recruitment, and FIRST program requirements. Collaborates with the student program co-director, students, families, and mentors to deliver robotics experiences and competition activities.

Leads comprehensive human resources operations for a school, including employee relations, investigations, compliance, policy development, compensation and benefits, leave administration, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, payroll support, and employee engagement. Advises leadership and staff, manages HR workflows and systems, trains supervisors, supports legal compliance, and leads HR staff while improving organizational efficiency and employee service.
