Leads Ford Energy’s business operations stand-up as an independent business unit. Manages a business operations team, aligns business and systems integration, designs cross-functional processes, establishes governance, drives implementation and change management, tracks risks and milestones, and reports to senior leadership. Partners across finance, HR, legal, supply chain, IT, and corporate functions to ensure operational readiness and execution.

Own the AI roadmap for battery manufacturing, identifying, benchmarking, piloting, and scaling use cases that improve yield, quality, cost, and launch speed. Build proofs of concept and reference architectures for process optimization, defect vision, yield genealogy, and predictive maintenance. Establish reusable data, labeling, and model standards; evaluate vendors; guide engineering teams; align with IT and OT on security and scalability; and apply generative and agentic AI to plant workflows.

Authors and maintains system, subsystem, and component-level engineering requirements and validation test methods for battery energy storage systems. Decomposes customer and regulatory requirements, defines measurable acceptance criteria, and supports integrated quality, certification, failure-mode avoidance, and factory acceptance testing. Collaborates across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers, with occasional work in high-voltage environments and travel for testing and related activities.
