Design and improve surge protection products through research, PCB and mechanical design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing support. Develop LabVIEW test systems, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize manufacturability, and assist Sales/Marketing and customers with technical issues.

Support assigned territory distributors by managing RFQs, orders, technical questions, and inventory checks. Build and maintain distributor relationships, generate leads for Field Sales Engineers, analyze commission/customer reports, schedule and follow up on FSE visits, and maintain Salesforce Lightning CRM records to meet sales targets.
