Develops operating-procedure training, manages inventory staff, resolves service issues, supports process improvement, and interviews and trains warehouse employees. The role requires management experience, food-grade cold warehouse expertise, forklift and pallet jack proficiency, SAP and Microsoft Office skills, strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work under deadlines and extreme temperatures.
