Provide administrative support for RIES and Excavation teams: manage communications, scheduling, document handling, invoicing/A/R tasks, customer interactions, timecard review, filing, and coordination across divisions to ensure project completion and client satisfaction.

Lead corporate finance and accounting for a growing, multi-entity company: oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting, team development, acquisitions due diligence, risk and compliance, lease/buy analysis, and serve as strategic business partner to the CEO and Executive Team to drive growth and operational improvements.
