Support site quality management and ISO 9001:2015 compliance; review designs and processes, lead root-cause investigations (RCCA/CAPA), analyze quality data, oversee FAIs and lot inspections (using FIFO and SAP), and drive continuous improvement while guiding plant-level quality inspectors.

Lead product development from concept to launch, perform failure analysis, support production, collaborate cross-functionally, provide customer technical support in field and office, and manage projects and documentation.
