Lead and grow a varsity collegiate esports program by recruiting and mentoring student-athletes, managing facilities and budgets, coordinating competitions and broadcasts, advising the student club, and promoting the program through events and social media.

Cultivate and solicit major and planned gifts by building relationships with alumni, parents, foundations, and friends; coordinate with campus leadership; support donor visits and development travel; plan stewardship and prospect strategies; write advancement communications and participate in key campus and alumni events.
