The role requires independent problem-solving, ownership of delivered software, and effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado, or Rockville, Maryland.

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including general ledger maintenance, payables, receivables, reconciliations, payroll support, and month-end close. Administer employee records, benefits, PTO, onboarding, terminations, and compensation updates. Maintain multi-state registrations, tax accounts, licenses, insurance records, and recurring compliance filings. Track job costs, support profitability reporting, and coordinate with the accountant, CFO, and external CPA.

Lead customer acquisition and economics across channels (paid search/social, direct mail, partnerships, SEO, referrals). Own CAC, LTV, payback, cohort analysis, testing and conversion optimization, cross-functional partnership with Finance, Sales, Product/Tech, and build/coach a high-performing internal and agency team.

Own the full sales cycle for warm inbound leads, from initial conversation through close. Build trust with high-value homeowners and executives, handle objections, follow up consistently, and communicate through phone, video, email, and text. Learn and contribute to the company’s marketing, automation, CRM, analytics, AI, and customer acquisition systems while partnering with Home Managers and leadership to improve sales and marketing performance.
