Manage global pharmaceutical client meetings, events and congress participation end-to-end. Oversee logistics, vendor and client liaison, on-site inspections, budget creation and reconciliation, financial tracking, compliance, and post-event reporting. Travel nationally and internationally; support and mentor junior staff and ensure sustainability and supplier relationships.
