Executes field marketing and brand programs across dealer and site locations. Responsibilities include training staff, conducting on-site demonstrations and visits, supporting brand compliance and IT requirements, analyzing program data, onboarding new customers, coordinating events, and building relationships with dealers and sales representatives. The role requires regular travel among assigned locations and strong communication, organization, multitasking, and customer-support skills.

Directs credit and collections functions by developing policies, reviewing applications and financial statements, setting credit limits, assessing exposure, managing collateral and shipment holds, and maintaining credit records. Oversees delinquency escalations, payment plans, disputes, contract compliance, legal collection matters, and coordination with sales, executives, insurers, credit agencies, and outside counsel.
