Provide executive leadership for all lending activities including consumer, mortgage, commercial lending and collections. Ensure strategic alignment, regulatory compliance, risk management, portfolio quality, and strong member experience while leading lending teams and recovery strategies.

Supervise daily lending operations and staff, evaluate and approve complex consumer and real estate loans within guidelines, prepare loan packages, ensure regulatory compliance and reporting, support AVP of Lending, implement process improvements, and assist with budgeting and loan servicing resolution.
