The IT Portfolio Consultant will analyze the DoD financial management IT portfolio, develop compliance metrics, and support senior leadership communications.

Lead a nine-person delivery team for DOT WCF IT Financial Management: oversee cost model development, systems integration, monthly billing, revenue management, reporting, analytics, IMS and RAID management, enforce AQL quality gates, manage CLIN-level hours accounting, and serve as primary Government-facing program lead.

Perform hands-on monthly billing, reconciliations, advance management, G-Invoicing compliance, and ad-hoc financial analyses for a federal Working Capital Fund. Ensure accurate, timely billing, support month-end close, respond to customer and audit inquiries, and produce transparency reporting and exception analyses.
