Leads healthcare integration projects from concept through implementation, including growth initiatives, standardization, construction, startups, mergers, and acquisitions. Manages multidisciplinary teams, vendors, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, scope changes, and project performance. Drives organizational change and performance improvement in partnership with medical group operations, trains teams on improvement tools, resolves issues, and ensures successful deployment across multiple facilities.

Performs financial reporting, accounting and transactional analysis, net revenue and accounts receivable reserve analysis, cash collections analysis, audit coordination, financial surveys, month-end close activities, and annual budgeting support. The role also develops ad hoc reports, evaluates internal controls, reconciles financial data, and provides quality assurance and reporting analysis across departments.

Manage healthcare facilities capital projects from initiation through closeout: create RFPs, manage budgets and schedules, oversee vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor project managers, conduct OAC and closeout meetings, and coordinate handoffs to Facilities.
