Support shareholder services, maintain shareholder and capital records, assist capital planning and investor communications, support treasury operations, liquidity and investment monitoring, prepare analyses and reports, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure accurate financial and shareholder records.

Underwrite and analyze commercial and consumer credits by preparing financial spreads and credit presentations, performing cash flow and collateral analysis, reviewing loan documentation, monitoring portfolio compliance, assisting lenders with credit administration, and collaborating across teams to manage risk and provide timely customer service.

Deliver high-touch client service across channels; maintain deposit accounts and documentation; process daily transactions; manage vault and cash operations; educate clients on products and digital banking; ensure deposit compliance and identify cross-sell/referral opportunities.
