Provide strategic financial leadership and manage day-to-day financial operations including monthly and annual financial statements, budgeting, compliance with GAAP and CMS, internal controls, payroll and 403(b) administration, audits, vendor and asset management, and lead and develop the finance and accounting team as a member of the senior leadership team.

Serve as communications strategist and content developer for donor hospitals and transplant centers. Create and execute targeted communication and marketing plans, develop newsletters, email campaigns, web and digital content, translate clinical/regulatory information for varied audiences, manage content calendars, measure engagement, and support website and project management to strengthen partner relationships and mission-driven engagement.

Develop and execute integrated communications strategies across internal and external audiences. Create and manage content across channels, coordinate cross-functional communications, support media relations and stakeholder engagement, manage issues and crisis messaging, and evaluate communications effectiveness using metrics to optimize strategy.

Manage and implement customized organ and tissue donation programs across assigned hospitals. Serve as main hospital contact, lead process improvement and training, support case activity, build relationships with clinical and community partners, assist with compliance and contracts, and drive retention/acquisition and marketing initiatives. Regular regional travel and onsite presence required.
