The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day operations of community living locations, ensuring compliance, staffing, training, budgets, and quality service delivery while actively engaging in direct service and on-call responsibilities.

Manage month-end general ledger close, prepare journal entries and accruals, reconcile A/R, A/P, fixed assets and bank statements, prepare monthly financial statements and audit schedules, handle State of Illinois billing, support Finance team tasks and respond to staff inquiries.
