Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms, create/edit written, photo and video content, manage ad buying and budgets, monetize digital presence via contests and sponsors, engage influencers, produce live event streams, monitor analytics (Meltwater, Google Analytics), report KPIs, optimize content/SEO, respond to followers, and collaborate internally to grow brand presence.

Oversee equine and racetrack safety, risk management, and HISA compliance. Maintain and review SOPs, coordinate emergency drills and inspections, enforce rules and hearings, liaise with veterinarians and regulators, compile accreditation documentation, monitor staff/equipment, and support injury prevention.
