Provide administrative support to the Business Development (Sales) Manager for billboard advertising sales: handle inquiries, prepare RFPs and contracts, maintain financial and revenue reports, coordinate artwork and installations, manage customer database and Proof of Performance, and liaise with operations, accounting, and agencies. Attend weekly meetings and perform related duties.
