Provides interim financial leadership at hotel properties during transitions, overseeing accounting operations, month-end close, reporting, reconciliations, financial analysis, internal controls, audit readiness, and accounting team development. The role analyzes hotel performance, supports department cost management, and presents financial insights to property and corporate leadership. Frequent flexibility for on-site assignments and travel is required.

Oversee accounting functions across multiple hotel properties, evaluate operating results, report financial variances, lead monthly financial statement closing, enforce accounting controls, and supervise, coach, and train accounting staff. Provide support to hotel operations and the Director of Finance while managing accounting and financial system issues.

Provides strategic financial leadership and operational oversight for a regional portfolio of hotels. Partners with operations leaders, general managers, ownership groups, and corporate leadership to improve profitability, maintain financial integrity, and grow asset value. The role requires extensive hotel finance and accounting experience, knowledge of US GAAP and USALI, and flexibility to travel and work on-site at hotel properties as needed.

Design and produce on-brand print, digital, social, and motion/video assets for a 28-property hospitality portfolio and corporate marketing. Maintain brand standards, collaborate on campaigns, present work to stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
