The Help Desk Specialist provides support for users with technical issues, resolving access problems and troubleshooting eLearning systems. Responsibilities include ticket management, password resets, and handling enrollment requests.

Designs, implements, and manages enterprise networked storage systems including capacity planning, performance analysis, SAN design, HA/DR, backups and NetApp ONTAP integrations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams for upgrades, audits, workload sizing, and storage integration with VMware, SQL Server, and security tooling.

Support daily cybersecurity operations including monitoring threats, implementing security controls, and maintaining compliance with DoD policies.

Support and administer learning management systems (LMS), assist instructional staff with technical course development and delivery, coordinate system updates and issue resolution, support electronic assessments, refine Tier 1 support strategies, and research emerging educational tools.
