Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client sites in the Greater Columbus area, managing staffing, scheduling, training, compliance with post orders, client relationships, and emergency coverage. Report operational status and incidents to Director of Operations and ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to company policies.
