Provides underwriting guidance and training to relationship teams, manages problem loans and workout plans, maintains credit files, supports regulatory and board reporting, and helps develop credit policies, procedures, monitoring standards, and risk-management tools.

Provides first- and second-level technical support for bank employees by resolving, triaging, escalating, documenting, and tracking service requests. Supports user accounts, hardware, software, printers, phones, mobile devices, applications, remote access, and AV systems. Manages ticketing, licenses, equipment provisioning, vendors, IT orientations, training, knowledge articles, maintenance communications, troubleshooting, and process documentation while following ITIL and SLA standards.

Supports broad HR operations including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding. Processes payroll, maintains employee records and HR workflows, assists with benefits and leave administration, generates HR metrics, supports recruitment and onboarding documentation, and responds to employee and manager inquiries. Requires strong confidentiality, analytical, communication, process improvement, Microsoft Office, and HR technology skills.
