Supports organizational change management across a high-visibility program by coordinating communications, training, stakeholder engagement, meetings, action items, risks, dependencies, and business-readiness activities. Maintains SharePoint sites and stakeholder lists, coordinates SOP identification and updates, tracks regulatory and compliance readiness, and escalates risks affecting go-live. The role also supports communications development, video storyboards, scripts, and basic video production for awareness and training campaigns.
