Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, investigations, workers' compensation, leave administration, recruiting/onboarding, HRIS management, compliance with employment laws, unemployment claims, employee engagement, safety, and leadership development. Serve as a trusted partner to managers and ensure consistent policy application, confidentiality, and efficient HR processes to support retention and operational excellence.
