The Controls Engineering Manager leads a team in delivering automation solutions, manages resources, and ensures high-quality engineering outcomes while mentoring team members and addressing challenges.

Set strategy, KPIs, budgets, and processes; serve as executive escalation point; improve customer experience through collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and Project Management; champion use of ERP/CRM and diagnostic/service management tools; manage staffing, onboarding, training, and continuous improvement.
