Provides endpoint and helpdesk support for campus faculty and staff. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows and Mac hardware and software, managing device upgrades, encryption, printers, copiers, asset records, and equipment recycling. The role responds to walk-in and phone support requests, prioritizes work orders, meets service-level targets, maintains documentation, and coordinates with hardware vendors. Occasional evening and weekend work, as well as off-campus meetings and conferences, may be required.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Dean of Faculty and Student Success: manage complex calendars and travel, handle confidential faculty records, coordinate events and committee proceedings, draft executive correspondence and reports, supervise student staff, train administrative assistants, and support budgetary and project-management tasks to advance institutional priorities.

Lead and integrate career development across undergraduate and graduate programs; provide individual and group coaching, embed career readiness into curriculum, supervise student employees, design assessment and dashboards, manage employer and alumni engagement, develop resources and programming, and report outcomes to university leadership. Includes teaching up to one course (3SH) annually.
