Lead complex, phased implementations across sites, manage executive and operational relationships, drive adoption and measurable outcomes, own commercial health (renewals/upsells), and coordinate cross-functional teams. Provide site training, QA, go-live support, and ongoing optimization while documenting feedback to inform product and CX playbooks. Travel 25–40% during active implementations.

Lead ownership and maturation of a multi-account AWS platform: extend IaC (AWS CDK), improve CI/CD (GitHub Actions), drive container strategy (ECS/EKS, Docker), elevate security and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2), mentor engineers, and deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure for a regulated healthcare-connected product.
