The Supplier Quality Engineer ensures the quality of supplier materials, leads corrective actions, conducts audits, and collaborates cross-functionally to resolve quality issues.

Support budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reporting, and operational analysis. Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and variance analyses. Partner with department leaders to translate data into actionable insights, improve reporting processes, and support FP&A system implementations and automation initiatives.

Provide on-site administrative and executive support in Anaheim: welcome visitors, manage office operations, coordinate meetings, travel, events, calendars, expense reports, and cross-functional administrative projects while supporting multiple leaders and maintaining vendor and facility relationships.

Lead and execute supply chain strategy across planning, sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, and ERP utilization. Manage supplier and contract manufacturing relationships, optimize inventory and costs, drive KPIs (OTD, turns, lead time), support new product introductions, and lead continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives to scale operations.

Manage and coordinate international import/export operations, ensure trade compliance (U.S. and international), work with brokers/carriers, prepare and maintain documentation, verify HTS and country of origin, support duty savings and audits, optimize freight costs, and partner cross-functionally to maintain timely, compliant global shipments.
