Lead the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions, including financial close, job costing, progress billing, WIP reporting, revenue recognition, project forecasting, audits, tax reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and cash-flow planning. Partner with project managers and leadership to identify financial risks, ensure GAAP compliance, improve accounting processes, and supervise accounting staff. This is an in-person role in Fort Myers, Florida.

Lead business development for commercial electrical construction: identify and pursue new opportunities, build relationships with contractors, developers and agencies, support preconstruction and proposals, maintain CRM and forecasting, attend industry events, and collaborate with estimating and operations to grow revenue.
