Troubleshoot and diagnose complex PCB assemblies and electrical subsystems for power conversion systems. Lead root cause investigations, develop corrective actions, create test setups, and work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, and Design. Mentor technicians and participate in design reviews to improve reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability.

Lead development of automated test software and fixtures for board, sub-assembly, and main assembly production and engineering testing. Design test software, reporting, and databasing; support verification, commissioning, FAT, end-of-line testing, troubleshooting, and documentation across multiple sites.
