Lead regional financial operations including GAAP financial statements, cost and inventory accounting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, budgeting/forecasting, A/R and A/P management, variance analysis, KPI development, internal controls, audit coordination, and process improvements for manufacturing and capital-project environments. On-site minimum three days per week.

Lead finance transformation initiatives, support ERP and financial systems implementations and optimizations, standardize and automate finance processes (close, reconciliations, AR/AP, P2P, O2C, budgeting), manage change activities, develop documentation and training, measure outcomes, and provide post-go-live support across cross-functional teams.

Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractors to align milestones, perform critical path and variance analysis, produce lookahead schedules and reports, identify risks, and recommend mitigation and recovery plans for large EPC projects (including desalination and PDB projects).

Provide application support and basic configuration for ERP/CRM and business systems, develop reports, assist with data imports/exports, maintain documentation and training materials, participate in testing, and support procurement, inventory, and project tracking while troubleshooting and escalating issues.

Engage with clients to define process requirements and develop evaporation and crystallization-based process designs. Author technical proposals and cost estimates, perform heat and material balances, PFDs and P&IDs, equipment sizing and dimensional design for pressure vessels and heat exchangers, support pilot testing, and collaborate with engineering during procurement, execution, and start-up.

The Microelectronics Project Engineer supports execution and coordination for semiconductor-related projects, overseeing technical delivery and startup readiness for industrial utility systems.

Perform equipment and instrument sizing/selection for water treatment projects; prepare datasheets, evaluate vendor quotes, coordinate vendor approvals, release engineering documents via SAP, collaborate across disciplines, and support project documentation, commissioning spares, and vendor evaluations.

Lead and manage daily Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing, payments, vendor onboarding, AP aging, team leadership, SAP ERP implementation support, AP workflows, and process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and cash flow.
