Support Account Sales Representative by driving route sales, merchandising, building displays, managing inventory and product freshness, maintaining customer relationships, and implementing company sales programs and policies.

Manage an assigned route to maximize sales and distribution of draft/package products. Maintain inventory, restock coolers and displays, negotiate and update POS materials, build displays, hang signs, deliver samples, coach Sales Assistants, and follow safety and compliance (liquor laws and driving standards).

Lead and develop a sales organization to drive growth, market share, distribution, merchandising, and brand execution; monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, execute company programs, and use analytics to guide decisions.

Manage accounts receivable with a focus on collections: post payments, respond to customer/internal inquiries, maintain AR records and aging reports, escalate discrepancies, and support warehouse customer accounts with occasional evening coverage.
