Administers third-party origination partner operations, including onboarding, approvals, renewals, deactivations, contact-list maintenance, rate-sheet distribution, web updates, training coordination, bulletins, and expedited reporting. Supports mortgage-industry partners and works closely with TPO leadership while managing multiple deadlines and maintaining accurate records.

Execute monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual internal audits to verify corrective actions are effective. Identify deficiencies, collaborate on remediation, and develop expertise across the full audit lifecycle. Support projects assessing and monitoring risks related to mortgage loan origination and servicing. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, organization, judgment, teamwork, and deadline management.

Coordinates audits of internal policies and documentation, proofreads and copyedits materials, formats documents to branding and copyright standards, maintains document records and version control, and collaborates with technical writers, managers, and subject-matter experts on guides, manuals, job aids, and procedures.

Assists the QA testing team with reviewing requirements, developing and executing end-to-end test cases, validating results, documenting and reporting defects, verifying fixes, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with QA, project management, business analysis, and application development teams.

Evaluates internal controls, researches regulatory requirements, documents business processes, performs audit testing, identifies risks, communicates findings, drafts audit reports, and follows up on corrective actions. The role collaborates with subject matter experts and business units to strengthen risk management and compliance practices.

Supports collections and loss mitigation by contacting borrowers, arranging payments, reviewing applications and financial documents, determining eligibility for foreclosure-prevention options, preparing compliant disclosures, coordinating short sales and deeds-in-lieu, and monitoring investor and regulatory guidelines. The role requires accurate data entry, borrower communication, underwriting judgment, and knowledge of foreclosure, bankruptcy, title, and loan modification processes.

Produces multimedia marketing content across photography, video, animation, motion graphics, editing, and design. Owns video production from planning and shooting through editing and delivery for social media, digital campaigns, events, YouTube, and internal projects. Ensures content follows brand standards, collaborates with marketing and other departments, manages media files, meets deadlines, and travels to company branches for media capture.

Own and deliver customer experience initiatives across the mortgage journey. Translate customer insights into product features, maintain backlog and user stories, collaborate with UX, engineering, and operations, track KPIs (CSAT, NPS, adoption), and drive agile product delivery and stakeholder communication.

Provide Tier 2 application and user support for Third-Party Originations (TPO) channels, troubleshoot system/workflow issues, coordinate fixes with IT and vendors, support implementations and releases, perform system administration, monitor application health, document processes, and train internal and external users to ensure efficient loan manufacturing and strong service levels.

Analyze and deconstruct business processes, identify opportunities for simplification and automation, and use AI tools to research, prototype, and develop potential solutions. Collaborate with business users, UI/UX designers, AI software engineers, and product professionals. Gather feedback, iterate on solutions, participate in source-control and pull-request processes, and communicate recommendations and measurable outcomes.
