Drive new business and grow existing accounts across corporate, association, government, SMERF, sports, tour & travel, entertainment and leisure markets. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and contracting through event execution and post-event relationship management. Collaborate with Revenue Management, Operations, Catering, and Marketing to meet revenue goals, prepare proposals, maintain CRM records, conduct site inspections, and represent the hotel at industry events.
