Develop and maintain strong banking relationships to secure new clients. Prospect, network, and work with referral sources to sell deposit, small business lending, and cash management products. The Innovation Business Analyst will enhance ConnectOne Bank's innovation strategy by translating business needs into actionable solutions, coordinating between various teams and assessing emerging technology opportunities.

Administer, maintain, and improve the bank's HRIS and related HR technologies. Ensure data integrity, support upgrades and integrations, produce HR reports and analytics, streamline HR processes through automation, lead HR systems projects, and provide training and documentation for managers and employees.

Lead employee relations and talent programs, advise and coach managers on complex HR issues, conduct investigations, support onboarding/offboarding, implement performance and succession initiatives, ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, and recommend policy improvements to enhance employee experience.
