Provide high-quality, client-facing support for APS payroll and HR platform. Troubleshoot configuration and system issues, document tickets in Zendesk, answer calls and tickets, escalate technical problems to Development, educate clients on tools and best practices, and stay current on payroll/HR/tax regulations.

Generate qualified meetings through outbound calling and emailing. Prospect target markets, qualify leads via discovery, set meetings for closers, use Salesforce/Outreach, follow sequences, meet weekly/monthly goals, and continuously develop sales and product knowledge.
