Partner with plant leadership to provide FP&A support for two US manufacturing sites: financial reporting, cost and variance analysis, inventory and yield/OEE tracking, productivity and maintenance cost analysis, and monthly plant performance presentations. Build dashboards and tools, reconcile sales vs. COGS, own plant cost center month-end close, and translate production data into actionable financial insights to drive operational improvements.
