Maintains product and market knowledge, supports profitable sales growth, and attends tradeshows and conferences. The role requires extensive travel throughout the United States, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Improves production quality, throughput, and manufacturing processes; troubleshoots manufacturing equipment; designs fixtures, gauges, and assembly/test equipment; supports product transfers from design engineering; trains production associates; creates operator work instructions; and evaluates equipment purchases through ROI presentations. The role requires collaboration with design and production teams, hands-on problem solving, technical drawing and tolerancing knowledge, and familiarity with automation, pneumatics, solenoids, PLCs, machining, and SolidWorks.

Lead market and product research to identify development and expansion opportunities.
