Designs and maintains hardware and firmware HIL test systems for low-power embedded products. Executes system, regression, firmware, and power testing; uses laboratory equipment for hardware diagnostics; automates tests through CI; and partners with engineering teams to resolve issues. The role owns test plans, traceability, reporting, and process improvements while supporting ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 compliance. Additional hands-on work includes PCB prototyping, soldering, fixture assembly, and occasional 3D printing or CNC fabrication.
